November 2009. I conducted a 90-minute Webinar entitled "Microsoft Project 2007: Tips and Tricks for Project Planning." This Webinar is designed for Project 2007 beginners, and provides the information needed to create a new project plan and control how tasks are scheduled. October 2009. Recent projects have included writing Help topics for Microsoft Project 2010, developing the policy manual for Camano Water Association, and creating and editing Web content for Chief Leschi Schools and Mt. View Community Center.

April 2008. Recent projects have included a white paper and marketing "playbook" for the Microsoft Worldwide Business and Marketing Organization and development of a manufacturing order "pipeline" tool using Microsoft Project for Freeman Marine Equipment in Gold Beach, Oregon.

August 2007. The Robinswood Financial Web site launched thanks to the efforts of an incredibly synergistic team consisting of Ed Ward and Bob Guild of Robinswood Financial, designer TA Thompson, Web optimizer Jackie Smith, and me as content developer.
